Paul Brewster
Paul Brewster is currently the Sr. Vice President, Franchise Development & Business Consulting for SpeedPro in Denver, Colorado. Immediately prior to his current position at SpeedPro, Paul was Vice President of Franchise Operations for Direct Energy, heading up all external support for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, Mister Sparky Electric, and One Hour HVAC. Previous to Direct Energy, he was Sr. Vice President of Regional Development (U.S.) at RE/MAX, LLC & before franchising, had a 10-year stint as Chief Development Officer of a Level 1 Trauma Hospital in Denver as well as five years as a Development Manager at Children’s Hospital Colorado.
Paul is a graduate of Regis University holding an undergraduate degree in Business (B.S.) with a minor in Religious Studies. He also holds a Master of Science (M.S.) from Regis and has done further graduate level studies in Franchise Management at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. Paul is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE).
Lori Morris
Lori Morris joined SpeedPro as Vice President and Controller in September 2020. Prior to that she served as Manager/Partner at Haynie and Company, a public accounting firm, from November 2015 – September 2020 in Littleton, Colorado. From October 1990 – October 2015, she held the position of Staff Senior/Manager with Feldhake and Associates, a public accounting firm in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Feldhake and Associates merged into Haynie and Company in 2015. Lori holds her CPA license in the State of Colorado.
Lori has been married to Cory for more than 20 years, and they have one adult son, Jacob. She is originally from Kansas and has lived in Denver for more than 25 years. She and her family like to travel, ski and are very involved with food banks, through the Boy Scouts, in the Denver area.
Steve Ritley, CFE
Stephen (Steve) Ritley joined SpeedPro in September 2022 as Vice President of Franchise Development with nearly two decades of franchise industry related experience. His leadership positions have focused on the sales aspect of franchise development in everything from wide-format printing to home improvement to technology. Under his direction, he sold out entire territories for full market penetration, prioritized franchisee satisfaction as well as operational excellence. A graduate of Heidelberg University (OH), Steve has pursued ongoing education and is a Certified Franchise Executive.
Zach Meade
Zack holds more than 25 years of combined experience in executive recruitment, sales, management consulting, and business coaching. Working in the U.S. and Europe for both startup organizations and Fortune 100 companies, he has partnered with clients in industries such as information technology, investment banking, oil and gas, real estate, consumer lending, and manufacturing.
After 11 years abroad and earning dual U.S.–U.K. citizenship, Zack returned to the U.S. in 2016. He is passionate about coaching small business owners toward increased profitability while reducing stress and enabling them to carve out more time for themselves and their families.
Zack loves baseball (both playing and watching). He is originally from Canton, Ohio (Pro Football Hall of Fame location), and therefore continues to punish himself by remaining a loyal Cleveland Browns fan. Zack also volunteers his time as a Board Member of a local blindness charity (B.I.T. – Blind Institute of Technology), helping the blind and visually impaired find employment within the technology space.
Cary Mahoney
Caryn is a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of driving growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement. With a career spanning over 20 years holding leadership roles in specialty retail and franchise brands such as Nothing Bundt Cakes, Woodhouse Day Spa and REGO Restaurant Group, she has consistently delivered results through innovative strategies, creative campaigns, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
As a Colorado native, Caryn loves the beauty of the Rockies but chooses sunny beaches when it’s time to relax with her family. When at home you can find her out and about with her daughter or relaxing at home with her three dogs.
Ryan Yates
Ryan is the Director of the Home Office Support and Vendor Relations team. He entered the Sign & Graphic Industry in 1996 beginning with architectural sign companies and went on to serve as General Manager for 14 years with a franchised printing company.
He brings knowledge of various printers, cutters, routers, RIP softwares, installation techniques, and graphic based productions as well as hands-on experience from operating and managing high performance shops to his role. He leads our support team and provides a multitude of facets to our production-based trainings in our state-of-the-art in-house facility.
Originally from Indiana, he has lived in Colorado for 22 years. He enjoys golf, snowboarding, craft beers and spending time with his wife and three children.
Dave Higgins
Dave is the former owner of SpeedPro Harrisburg. For ten years he followed the model to build an incredibly successful Studio utilizing his sales and business management background. Dave mastered running a business with SpeedPro Home Office and peer-to-peer support, not oversight and competition. Having recently sold his Studio, he remains a member of the SpeedPro family because he believes in the business model and the benefits of running a franchise business.
Jonathan Methuselah
Jonathan joined the SpeedPro Home Office team in 2002 as Sales and Business Support Specialist. Now serving as the Operations Manager, he will oversee on-boarding, project management and operations for the network. Prior to joining SpeedPro, he worked for another franchise organization in their finance department.
In his free time he enjoys getting outside and playing golf.
David Blackburn
David has over 40 years of accounting, HR, administration & management experience. Prior to joining SpeedPro, David was the CFO of an event management and ecommerce software solution provider in Denver. He spent five years at the Washington, DC office of KPMG in their audit practice, primarily servicing banking clients. Later, he was the CFO of a large S&L in Northern Virginia and the CFO of a regional bank holding company in Kentucky. As the Accounting Manager at the Home Office, David has the day-to-day responsibility of handling all finance and accounting matters. In his free time, David enjoys watching the Colorado Avalanche and spending time with his stunning wife, Ellen, their three grown kids, and their eight grandchildren. He has been a CPA and holds a BBA in Accounting from the College of William & Mary in Virginia.
Josh Buras
Josh has over two years of digital marketing experience, working for a digital marketing agency in downtown Denver and volunteering with a nonprofit for first-generation college students. Josh completed a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from Colorado State University in 2016. He works closely with franchise owners on digital marketing strategy and problems that they face while also assisting with the Home Office marketing team.
In his free time, Josh can be found enjoying everything that Colorado has to offer, from snowboarding to local events, and enjoying time with friends at breweries/brunch spots around Denver. Josh lives with his girlfriend and two dogs in an apartment downtown.
Dillon Shane
Dillon is a Marketing Manager at the SpeedPro Home Office. With an extensive background in copywriting, graphic design, and website development, Dillon specializes in taking brands from strategy to efficient execution by utilizing his production experience working with the industry’s latest technologies, processes, and partnerships in order to achieve optimal returns across all of SpeedPro’s marketing investments.
In his free time, Dillon loves to go hiking with his girlfriend and rescue pittie around Denver, and is an avid lover of virtual production and emerging marketing technologies.
Amanda Heupel
Amanda is part of our Production Support Team at the Home Office. She has more than eight years of experience in the graphics and large-format printing industry. She comes from another printing franchise where she was the Creative Director. In this role she managed all file output, inventory of all parts and products, daily operation of printers, plotters, and cutters and oversaw the graphic design area.
Originally from South Dakota, Amanda came to Colorado to finish her degree in graphic design. In her free time, Amanda and her husband enjoy backcountry snowmobiling in the winter and spending as much time as possible at the lake in the summer.
Leland Berman
Leland joins SpeedPro as a System Support Specialist. His background is in IT support with over 15 years of experience in various roles including help desk support, system administration and break/fix repair.
Originally from outside Philadelphia, PA, Leland has lived in Colorado since 2015. He and his wife enjoy attending concerts, camping and exploring the beauty his adopted home state has to offer.
Kate Askew
Kate Askew is the Franchise Development Support Specialist for SpeedPro. She has a background in customer service with a wide variety of work experience. She has a degree in Hospitality Management from Texas Tech University, and most recently was as a concierge coordinator for the membership program of a private jet broker based in Denver.
In true Colorado fashion Kate and her husband enjoy being active and outdoors including; hiking and disc golfing in the summer and skiing in the winter. They also enjoy watching and attending sporting events with hockey and football at the top of the list.
Darin Schneider
Darin Schneider is the former owner of the SpeedPro Denver studio. He first purchased the studio in 2011 and remained an owner until November 2019. Darin returned to SpeedPro as a Business Consultant in 2020 serving studios and owners in California, Colorado, Washington, Utah, Iowa, Nebraska, and western Tennessee. Darin successfully grew the Denver studio to more than double gross revenues, and regularly landed in the top 15 nationally over the last several years. His studio was consistently number two in the number of vehicle wraps often completing over 700 annually. His studio was one of the first to adopt the Epson SureColor Eco-solvent printer. As a SpeedPro owner, Darin frequently gave his feedback regarding new Home Office programs including the in-house training program, and his studio was a frequent stop for Discovery Day visitors. Prior to owning a studio, Darin spent over 15 years in the IT Consulting arena working for various Fortune 500 clients in the telecom and gas/electric utility industries.
Paul Reinhardt
Paul Reinhardt and his wife, Annette, opened their SpeedPro San Francisco Peninsula studio in 2010. Their studio was the fastest to hit $1 million in a year and was one of the first three honored into the SpeedPro President’s Club. In 2017, he received the Ambassador Award, which was given for his consistent demonstration of goodwill toward fellow franchisees and was owner of the year in 2019.
Scott Schoner
Scott graduated from Gettysburg College with a B.A. in business administration, and also holds an MBA from Rutgers University. He was involved in the startup of a wireless company, Corporate Telecom. Scott built it into a successful operation and ran the business for 17 years before selling in 2005. It is his experience in building a business and a brand that Scott has brought to SpeedPro. Scott enjoys travel and his involvement in Rotary.
