President & CEO
Larry is a franchise leader with over 25 years of expertise as a franchisor and franchisee. Before joining SpeedPro, he served for 17 years as Vice President of U.S. and Global Operations at RE/MAX LLC, where he headed growth, development, technology and training for more than 100 countries and territories, 3,850 offices and 54,000 agents. Prior to RE/MAX, Larry was a successful multi-unit Baskin-Robbins franchisee with full P&L accountability for marketing and sales, quality customer service, team development, purchasing and accounting. After six years, Larry built and sold his businesses at a substantial profit and was elected to serve on the Baskin-Robbins National Marketing Committee. Here he co-created pricing models and communications programs and helped align 2,300 franchisees with the franchisor’s goals and strategies.
Larry grew up in Ohio, earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kent State University and went on to earn his MBA at California State University. Larry has furthered his education by receiving a Franchise Management Certificate from Georgetown University and is a Certified Franchise Executive with the International Franchise Association. Larry lives with his wife and son in the Denver, CO area, where he enjoys running and racing, golf, travel, hosting parties at home, reading non-fiction and spending time with friends.
Training Manager & Field Consultant
Zack holds more than 25 years of combined experience in executive recruitment, sales, management consulting, and business coaching. Working in the U.S. and Europe for both startup organizations and Fortune 100 companies, he has partnered with clients in industries such as information technology, investment banking, oil and gas, real estate, consumer lending, and manufacturing. After 11 years abroad and earning dual U.S.–U.K. citizenship, Zack returned stateside in 2016. Zack is passionate about coaching small business owners toward increased profitability while reducing stress and enabling them to carve out more time for themselves and their families.
Vendor Relationship Manager & Field Consultant
Jodi Olin supports various regions of SpeedPro franchisees in her role as Field Consultant. Jodi’s passion is helping owners achieve outstanding financial success through business planning and regular financial reviews. Jodi joined the SpeedPro team after creating and operating a unique, part-time staffing firm which she founded and franchised in 2006. Jodi originally hails from New York but she and her husband raised their 2 daughters in Colorado. In addition to her love of helping owners within SpeedPro, she is an avid skier and long distance cyclist.
Franchise Development Director
Danielle is a franchise marketing expert with experience at multiple brands including Ace Hardware, Elements Massage, Fitness Together and FIT36. Danielle is currently pursuing her Certified Franchise Executive credential through the International Franchise Association where she serves as a member of the marketing and technology committee. Prior to entering the world of franchising, Yuthas was the Director of Search Engine Marketing at a Denver-based ad agency. Her fascination with digital marketing began when she joined Facebook as a user in 2004 and has grown ever since. In her free time, Danielle is a freelance journalist, animal lover, hiker, cocktail party reveler and teller of dry tech jokes.
Digital Marketing Specialist
Phil is a lead generation and brand awareness specialist who spearheads SpeedPro’s national and local Internet marketing endeavors. With over $3M in ad-spend experience across search, display, and social media networks, Phil brings his own unique form of digital advertising forte. Before joining SpeedPro Imaging, Phil worked in the financial industry for nine years while also running his own lead generation company part-time.
When he’s outside the office you can find Phil at the top of Colorado’s many 14,000 ft. peaks, playing guitar on his back porch, or walking his redbone coonhound through town.
Elliot joins the SpeedPro Imaging accounting department as the controller, leading finance and accounting activities. Prior to this roll, Elliot spent over four years in accounting and IT rolls at another franchise company, and seven years at KPMG in public accounting. In his free time, he enjoys discovering new breweries in Colorado and spending time with his wife and new daughter.
Manager of Production Support
Ryan is a technical support team member. He has over 20 years of experience in the sign and graphic industry. Starting out with architectural based companies; he later served as General Manager of a franchised sign company for 10 of his 14 years. He brings knowledge of various printers, cutters, routers, RIP softwares and sign productions.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Bri began her career at Sleep Innovations where she gained experience in operations, purchasing, product development and customer service. As our Operations Manager, Bri not only manages the Home Office Operations, she is also responsible for working directly with new franchises with purchasing their startup packages and walking them thru the Kickstart process until they are open. As a Colorado resident, Bri enjoys the beautiful mountains and exploring the outdoors.
In addition, David served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Colorado and Texas regions prosecuting federal crimes and handling appeals before the United States Courts of Appeal in the Tenth and Fifth Circuits. He received a BA from Grinnell College; MBA from Southern Methodist University; and JD from St. Louis University School of Law. David holds licenses to practice law in Colorado, California, Texas and Washington, D.C.
Senior Systems Administrator
Rob is a member of the SpeedPro Technical Support team. Prior to joining SpeedPro, he held roles at IBM and AT&T, where he gained more than 20 years of experience in IT systems management, system integration, and training. Within the SpeedPro tech team, Rob is focused on CoreBridge and supporting other system platforms. On beautiful Colorado weekends, he enjoys driving his classic 66 Mustang with his family.
Senior Franchise Development Coordinator
Sarah focuses on implementing effective marketing strategies and processes to promote the SpeedPro Imaging franchise opportunity. Prior to joining SpeedPro, Sarah served dual roles at Chick-fil-A overseeing training and operations for a franchised location and grand opening training as a Certified Trainer for the Chick-fil-A Home Office. Originally from Kentucky, Sarah received her B.S. in Business Administration at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, SC. Sarah enjoys taking long hikes with her husband and 2 dogs.
Franchise Development Specialist
Nicole helps professionals make the decision to transition into small business ownership with SpeedPro. Prior to joining the team, Nicole spent most of her professional career at RE/MAX, LLC where she gained a diverse background in franchise sales, event planning and marketing. Her career developed globally with training in different markets internationally. Nicole is a native of Colorado and enjoys spending her free time with her husband.
