Larry brings 26 years of franchise experience from the food service, real estate and large-format printing industries. Before joining SpeedPro in November of 2017, he served for 17 years as Vice President of U.S. and Global Operations at RE/MAX LLC, where he headed growth, development, technology and training for more than 100 countries and territories, 3,850 offices and 54,000 agents.

Prior to RE/MAX, Larry was a successful multi-unit Baskin-Robbins franchisee with full P&L accountability for marketing and sales, quality customer service, team development, purchasing and accounting. After six years, he built and sold his businesses at a substantial profit and was elected to serve on the Baskin-Robbins National Marketing Committee. Larry has three main roles as the President and CEO of SpeedPro: setting the vision of the company, growing existing studio sales and profits, and awarding and supporting new studios.

Larry’s wife owns a Medical Training company and they are parents to one son. Larry loves traveling, running and hosting parties at their home. He has run seven marathons and eight half-marathons. He is also a guest lecturer at the University of Colorado and Georgetown University. He holds a BBA from Kent State University, an MBA from California State University, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is a member of the Entrepreneurship Advisory Board of University of Colorado-Denver, IFA International Committee and Convention Committee.


Paul Brewster

Chief Operating Officer

Paul Brewster is currently the Sr. Vice President, Franchise Development & Business Consulting for SpeedPro in Denver, Colorado. Immediately prior to his current position at SpeedPro, Paul was Vice President of Franchise Operations for Direct Energy, heading up all external support for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, Mister Sparky Electric, and One Hour HVAC. Previous to Direct Energy, he was Sr. Vice President of Regional Development (U.S.) at RE/MAX, LLC & before franchising, had a 10-year stint as Chief Development Officer of a Level 1 Trauma Hospital in Denver as well as five years as a Development Manager at Children’s Hospital Colorado.

Paul is a graduate of Regis University holding an undergraduate degree in Business (B.S.) with a minor in Religious Studies. He also holds a Master of Science (M.S.) from Regis and has done further graduate level studies in Franchise Management at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. Paul is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE).



Vice President and Controller

Lori Morris joined SpeedPro as Vice President and Controller in September 2020. Prior to that she served as Manager/Partner at Haynie and Company, a public accounting firm, from November 2015 - September 2020 in Littleton, Colorado. From October 1990 - October 2015, she held the position of Staff Senior/Manager with Feldhake and Associates, a public accounting firm in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Feldhake and Associates merged into Haynie and Company in 2015. Lori holds her CPA license in the State of Colorado.

Lori has been married to Cory for more than 20 years, and they have one adult son, Jacob. She is originally from Kansas and has lived in Denver for more than 25 years. She and her family like to travel, ski and are very involved with food banks, through the Boy Scouts, in the Denver area.


Danielle Yuthas

Vice President, Marketing

Danielle is a franchise marketing expert with experience at multiple brands including Ace Hardware, Elements Massage, Fitness Together, and FIT36. Danielle is currently pursuing her Certified Franchise Executive credential through the International Franchise Association where she serves as a member of the marketing and technology committee. Prior to entering the world of franchising, she was the Director of Search Engine Marketing at a Denver-based ad agency. Her fascination with digital marketing began when she joined Facebook as a user in 2004 and has grown ever since.

In her free time, Danielle is a freelance journalist, animal lover, hiker, cocktail party reveler, and teller of dry tech jokes.



Senior Director, Training & Business Consulting

Zack holds more than 25 years of combined experience in executive recruitment, sales, management consulting, and business coaching. Working in the U.S. and Europe for both startup organizations and Fortune 100 companies, he has partnered with clients in industries such as information technology, investment banking, oil and gas, real estate, consumer lending, and manufacturing.

After 11 years abroad and earning dual U.S.–U.K. citizenship, Zack returned to the U.S. in 2016. He is passionate about coaching small business owners toward increased profitability while reducing stress and enabling them to carve out more time for themselves and their families.

Zack loves baseball (both playing and watching). He is originally from Canton, Ohio (Pro Football Hall of Fame location), and therefore continues to punish himself by remaining a loyal Cleveland Browns fan. Zack also volunteers his time as a Board Member of a local blindness charity (B.I.T. - Blind Institute of Technology), helping the blind and visually impaired find employment within the technology space.


Ryan Yates

Senior Director of Support & Vendor Relations

Ryan is the Director of the Home Office Support and Vendor Relations team. He entered the Sign & Graphic Industry in 1996 beginning with architectural sign companies and went on to serve as General Manager for 14 years with a franchised printing company.

He brings knowledge of various printers, cutters, routers, RIP softwares, installation techniques, and graphic based productions as well as hands-on experience from operating and managing high performance shops to his role. He leads our support team and provides a multitude of facets to our production-based trainings in our state-of-the-art in-house facility.

Originally from Indiana, he has lived in Colorado for 22 years. He enjoys golf, snowboarding, craft beers and spending time with his wife and three children.


Julene Noa

Executive Assistant

Julene has over 20 years of experience with senior executive support, operations management, customer service, human resources, marketing, and event management. She thrives on organization, process improvements, promoting efficiencies, and support throughout the firm. Julene was in the financial industry for eight years, leading multiple roles as Operations Manager for Financial Advisor teams specializing in institutional retirement and wealth management. In 2017, she joined the Angel K Love Project Board of Directors as Secretary/Treasurer, a non-profit that supports foster children with holistic therapies. Julene joined the SpeedPro Home Office in 2019 as Executive Assistant supporting Larry Oberly, Elliot Parks, and Paul Brewster.

Julene is a native Coloradan of six generations, five currently living. Her family still farms where they settled (by way of covered wagon via Ellis Island) in Holyoke. Julene is an avid yoga and wellness enthusiast, enjoys all things artistic and humorous, photography, cooking, and community outreach. She has a son and a daughter who are “adulting” and resides in Highlands Ranch.

Franchise Development Director

Pat is an experienced leader specializing in franchise management and franchise advisory. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the SpeedPro network including executive management and global supply chain and logistics, including procurement and sourcing management. He also successfully owned and operated SpeedPro Omaha from 2010-2016, which was one of the fastest growing franchises in company history.

Pat now focuses on developing the SpeedPro brand by establishing relationship with new franchise partners and helping existing owners sell their franchises when they are ready to exit. Pat and his family enjoy golf, boating and attending college football games.



Franchise Development Director

Troy Latuff joins SpeedPro with over 25 years of franchise and entrepreneurial business experience. He grew up in Minnesota and started his first business in the insurance industry. Building a very successful and profitable business from the ground floor, and then selling it 5 years later, he then bought and co-owned three home service franchise businesses. After several years of fast sales and profit growth, they had opportunity to sell those businesses, and decided to do so. Troy then moved his family to Austin, Texas, for some warmer weather and BBQ. Prior to joining SpeedPro, Troy was in charge of the franchise business and development department for the largest home service business in North America, adding over 400 new territories to their network in less than five years.

Troy spends most of his free time with his bride of nearly 25 years and three teenage sons. They enjoy the outdoors and hanging out with many friends and family in the area. Troy has a bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin River Falls.



Manager, Franchise Development

Nicole has over 15 years of business development experience and has spent most of her professional career at RE/MAX, LLC where she gained a diverse background in franchise sales, event planning and marketing. Her career developed globally with training in different markets internationally. Specializing in franchise development over the past five years, Nicole helps professionals make the decision to transition into small business ownership with SpeedPro.

Nicole is a native of Colorado and enjoys spending her free time with her family, photography and playing poker.



Franchise Development Specialist & Admin

Tawny joined the SpeedPro Home Office team in 2019 with over 15 years of combined administrative support experience within a variety of industries, ranging from facilities maintenance to real estate and renewable energy. She toggles support responsibilities between Franchise Development, Operations and Accounting departments at SpeedPro. An avid reader of nature-based non-fiction, Tawny is a Colorado native where you will find her appreciating the outdoors, crafting, and gardening on her balcony during summer months in Castle Rock with her husband and two teenage children.


David Blackburn

Accounting Manager
David has over 40 years of accounting, HR, administration & management experience. Prior to joining SpeedPro, David was the CFO of an event management and ecommerce software solution provider in Denver. He spent five years at the Washington, DC office of KPMG in their audit practice, primarily servicing banking clients. Later, he was the CFO of a large S&L in Northern Virginia and the CFO of a regional bank holding company in Kentucky. As the Accounting Manager at the Home Office, David has the day-to-day responsibility of handling all finance and accounting matters. In his free time, David enjoys watching the Colorado Avalanche and spending time with his stunning wife, Ellen, their three grown kids, and their eight grandchildren. He has been a CPA and holds a BBA in Accounting from the College of William & Mary in Virginia.



Rob Sybert

Senior Systems Administrator

Rob is a part of the SpeedPro Production Support team. Prior to joining SpeedPro, he held team lead roles at IBM and AT&T, where he gained more than 30 years of experience in Application Support, IT systems management, Enterprise system integration and training global support teams. As the Senior Systems Administrator, he spearheads support and initiatives for SpeedPro’s workflow system, benchmarking software, email, internal training and resource centers as well as daily Production Support.

On beautiful Colorado weekends, he enjoys driving his classic 1966 Mustang with his family.



Senior Support Specialist

Amanda is part of our Production Support Team at the Home Office. She has more than eight years of experience in the graphics and large-format printing industry. She comes from another printing franchise where she was the Creative Director. In this role she managed all file output, inventory of all parts and products, daily operation of printers, plotters, and cutters and oversaw the graphic design area.

Originally from South Dakota, Amanda came to Colorado to finish her degree in graphic design. In her free time, Amanda and her husband enjoy backcountry snowmobiling in the winter and spending as much time as possible at the lake in the summer.



Marketing Manager

Josh has over two years of digital marketing experience, working for a digital marketing agency in downtown Denver and volunteering with a nonprofit for first-generation college students. Josh completed a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from Colorado State University in 2016. He works closely with franchise owners on digital marketing strategy and problems that they face while also assisting with the Home Office marketing team.

In his free time, Josh can be found enjoying everything that Colorado has to offer, from snowboarding to local events, and enjoying time with friends at breweries/brunch spots around Denver. Josh lives with his girlfriend and two dogs in an apartment downtown.


Ryan Williamson

Marketing Specialist

Ryan is a Marketing Specialist at the SpeedPro Home Office. He has over three years of marketing experience – working with globally-known brands such as The Walt Disney Company, Universal Orlando Resort (NBCUniversal), Samsung and more. Ryan completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of Oklahoma in 2019 where he found his passion – bringing brands closer to audiences in non-traditional ways. At the Home Office, he assists franchise owners on their marketing strategy, finds marketing solutions for owners and develops Home Office marketing initiatives

Ryan hails from Tampa, Florida and enjoys playing tennis, cares for all things pop-culture and is a self-proclaimed social media meme master.
